i could probably manage about 1/100th of that ahaha well done for taking care of yourself

You should post progress photos of yourself. I am also trying to lose weight and it is nice to read these posts- because working out is a bitch and I never want to do it.
i’m really not trying to lose weight- i’ve always been on the slim side, and i’ve been extremely active all my life as a ballet dancer and (recent) runner…i just joined a crossfit gym so it’s been challenging me to workout in a different way than what i am used to so it’s really exciting for me.
good luck with your workouts :) i find that doing it first thing in the morning is the easiest way to get myself motivated.

sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (reps)
box jump, 20” box (reps)
push press, 75 pounds (reps)
rowing (calories)
